eww. not worth it. manager is a real piece of work - very strict, very by-the-book (even more so). not conducive towards a nice living arrangement. manager spends all his time at the coffee shop on vermont - never in the office, rarely reachable, very poor at dealing with people.

It seems that some of the opinions are written by the same person. Yes, I do enforce the rules. The resident who live by them require it of me. The only residents who have a problem with it are the ones who do not. I do spend time in the neighborhood, however, the main number of the building is forwarded to my cell phone 24 hours a day. On the weekends, it is forwarded to the weekend managers. What else does the author wish?
