First off I'm going to let all of you know that the property manager of this residency is a piss poor person. He is an old, lonely, bitter and awful person that you or anyone who is foolish enough to rent here will ever have to deal with your entire life. He is like the black plague and if you have to deal with him he will make you very sick. i wouldn't be surprised to see bats flying around where ever he walked. The area itself is okay but im predicting within another two years this place will go straight to ----. The tenants who live here do not stay for more than a year. The water is turned off "EVERY TUESDAY" between the hours of 10am to 4pm, for what is described as "maintenance purposes". There is no exisiting friendly communtity between tenants because the manager may bring come by any gathering and chastise you and your guest as if they were his children. I made the biggest mistake of moving here and as soon as possible Im leaving this place and burying in my memory of nightmares. HEED THIS WARNING AND STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

I am actually surprised that this website allowed such a posting. I must have really angered this person. I am sure this person is gone already. If not, they can come and inform me and I will release them from their lease and they can leave with just a thirty day notice. I certainly don't want anyone here against their will. I believe that the building will still be here and thriving with good residents long after the prediction made by that anonymous author.
