BED BUG INFESTED!!

Oh my god. I have lived in some horrible places...but this takes the cake. First off, the owner lost the building (she lied to the judge about making crucial safety repairs. He sent out an inspector that night...it didn't go well). But the bed bugs. That is by far the worst thing I've ever encountered.
We're isolated from the rest of the building, so we didn't have a problem with them until someone threw out some infested mattresses...they were left under our balcony for 2 weeks. In that time, my boyfriend started getting welts all down his back. After doing some research, discovered what they were. A few nights later, one crawled right by my head. We looked and looked but didn't see any...I think that was the first one. A week later, my 8 year old son came over. We came home late one night and I started spraying our bed with an organic spray. I turned over a decorative pillow and there were, no joke, like 100 of them. It must have been a new colony because most of them looked like babies. I freaked out...we threw out the bed and pillows that night. My son, even though he was sleeping elsewhere, still woke up with bites all down his back. I was getting bit, but I don't think they liked the way I tasted because I only had a few...I thought it was a rash.
So for about 2 weeks, we were good. Then this morning, while looking for something, my boyfriend saw ANOTHER one...I think it had just come in because he hasn't been bitten lately...on the bed *a new one, mind you*. I freaked out. I have never lived somewhere so disgusting. To make matters worse, I don't think they're gonna be exterminating anytime soon. There's a notice that the gas *which is included in the rent* is going to be shut off because the retard owner hasn't paid the bill in who knows how long. She must have both a REALLY bad coke problem and be eternally in debt to the mob.
They rushed to make all kinds of repairs before the court hearing...they put in a thing to make the door swing shut because the fire marshall said they had to. But they didn't put ours in correctly. Rather than swinging shut, it won't open all the way *my boyfriend's sister's quite large and had trouble getting through the door* and it doesn't swing shut. It's more of a fire hazard than before.
We're now on manager #5. I haven't seen him, but I've heard he's starting problems, telling people where they can and can't sit around the complex. Seriously. This is the worst place I've ever lived. There is no redeeming this place. They need to tear it down *shame too, because it's an old building from like the '20's*, purify the ground with every religious purification/ exorcism rite known to man...AND then rebuild it. Don't move here. There is no reason. Keep looking. Unless you like drama and irritation. Me, I'm barely sleeping, and only sleep because I've had to knock myself out with sleeping pills. Not good.
