The apartments themselves are nicely updated. The manager May Lee is the worst peice of work I have seen yet. Not only is she RUDE, she is almost impossible to talk to without getting upset. I have been trying to get my FIVE THOUSAND deposit back and have to pay 50 extra dollars to receive it! Imagine that! The audacity! qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

Love the look of the interior but didn't you read the reviews oline first before moving in??? I did and said NO WAY no matter what it looks like. Good Luck and thanks for the info to confirm my thoughts. They need NEW MANAGEMENT! look up your tenant rights http://www.dca.ca.gov/publications/landlordbook/catenant.pdf

AGREE!!!! MAY LEE is the rudest person I have ever spoken with. Did not rent here, just filled out application. When I decided not to rent here (less than 24 hrs) and asked for my $100 app fee back, that is when the fireworks started. Also note that it is illegal for a landlord to charge more than $37.57 application fee, and they have to refund any part of it that they cannot produce incurred cost documentation for.
