I first moved into The Madrid in July of 2004 and since then had nothing but problems! The apartment walls are so thin you can hear everything that your neighbor is doing, not to mention all of the planes flying overhead! But my main issues were related to the management team. Thay were very slow in dealing with basic issues that came up and their attitude was horrible anytime you had to talk to them. Needless to say, I moved out in April and I have yet to see all of my deposit and it is now August! I have called management, gone in person and the issue is still not resolved! Please save yourself some major headaches and move elsewhere!
