From the incompetent leasing staff (Michael and Theresa) to the forever giving broken promises and BS ing tenants manager named (Jeanette Derbyshire), this place is beautiful for the most part but is not at all worth the problems and CONSTANT frustrations that come along with moving into this place. From the beginning there has been screw up after screw up with this staff. From money, YES MONEY to maintenace, these simpletons have no idea how to provide quality customer care, nor do they deliver on their words. Documents were lost, keys were not delivered after weeks of having already moved in, 24 hour maintenance.....yeah right. We have yet to get our refund on money that was collected due to a guess....STAFF ERROR. Michael and Theresa never know anything and when they think they do, they are wrong. From charges to who needs to sign the lease to move in dates. They are always trying to screw people over. As young as we are youd think we are the ones screwing things up, but NO we actually try to handleour stuff as adults would, but unfortunately the ridiculous staff here prevents anything from being handled without pissing people off! Hoping to move here'''' LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!
