Do yourself a favor, and rent elsewhere. I lived in these apartments an had the worst experience. The manager gives you a load of sh*# when you first move in about how it's a "well cared for" building, and a quiet building... Once you move in, you learn the truth. My bathtub back up, due to over use of the pipes (too many bathrooms hooked up to the same sewage pipes), and it took them 3 days to fix it. My garbage disposal broke, and they tried to pin it on me, but when a plumber came and told them it was actually a problem with the wiring in the wall, they just never fixed it. The building was NOT quiet, in fact I complained 4 or 5 times about my neighbors and nothing ever changed.

Worst of all, when I moved out, they totally tried to pin all these previous damages on me, and charged me over 600$ for them. They also didn't follow state law by returning the other portion of my deposit in time. I am not preparing to sue them in small claims court, as I have photos and 3 witnesses who all know I am telling the truth.

It's this kind of landlord that gives landlords a bad name, and is why we need tenants rights organization. Do yourself a favor and do not rent here!!!
