Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
Not the nicest apartments (noisy), but the best price in the area (at least in 2000).
In a convenient location. Walking distance to grocery store, pharmacy etc. Close enough to Santa Monica and Venice.
Only one parking spot. Guests need to make sure they don't park on the wrong side of the street on certain days, or they will be ticketted.
The automatic gate to the parking lot was often broken.
Had plumbing problems (foul liquid filling up the bathtub) which were fixed within one day.
The manager was very friendly.
Rent was raised from 700 to 760 in a period of 1.5 years.
