I lived here for one year then ESCAPED. The building is in a sketchy neighborhood to begin with, the manager was overly friendly (almost stalke scary) and when you move out, they try to chest you out of your deposit. I had to threated to sue because they took repossesion of my unit 3 weeks early when I moved out (even though I paid for the full month) They never posted anything, and said they figured I has just left. I PAID RENT IDIOTS!! I promply stopped payment on the last months rent check, gave a new check for the 1 week I occupied, and demanded my SD back. Eventually they caved, but make sure you know the law, they dont do the walk thru's they are legally supposed to.
