I had to sue Marlon Manor for trying to initially take $300 of my sec dep for an apt I left immaculate and then they took $600 by the time I got my final check - I sued - I won - They Lie - and Scam !!!!

I agree. I'm awaiting my deposit, to see what might be left of it.
Items were STOLEN from my LOCKED apartment before my lease was up. Although, a bunch of personnel were aware that we were in the act of moving, and had gone in on a night that we weren't there.
Complained to the management, who then claimed I couldn't prove it.
Although, it might've only been worth $200 in merchandise. I am DEEPLY disturbed by this UNLAWFUL act.
For the management, Decron Properties, to defend their workers as opposed to further investigating a SERIOUS SERIOUS OFFENSE such as this, would only cause me to wonder. Had I left pricier items, I'm assuming those would've been stolen just as well.
NO ONE SHOULD BE ABLE TO ENTER YOUR APARTMENT WITHOUT YOU THERE.
I plan on suing in small claims just based on principal alone. THESE BASTARDS SUCK.
