Beware of Rent Increases

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
 
I lived there for two years without rent going up. Then one year it went up from $625 to $715. The year after, it went up again to $785. The manager is nice and the apartment is decent. Very little closet space. Martel is impossible to drive through at night when cars are parked on both sides of the street.
