This used to be a very clean and nice building but over the years with a constant stream of managers (5 in 2003 alone), quality of maintenance and service has gone the drain. They put in a light color carpet in the halls a few year ago. Bad idea. You can easily see the stains. They start allowing pets a few years ago. Another bad idea. You can easily smell the stains. The hallways smell like dog urine. The management don't give a rat's behind about cleaning this place. The steady declining quality of this place does not justify the steady increasing rent. Let's not mention the roaches.......
