Although superficially, this place is beautiful, living here is pure hell. I thought living in a nice area would equate to living in a quiet place. Boy was I wrong. People are very inconsiderate. They'll be laughing and screaming until 2 am. Although security will tell them to shut up, it's such a hassle to call security each time. Plus, the construction is horrible in that I can hear my upstairs neighbor 24-7! I hate living here. If you enjoy living in a placed filled w/obnoxious college students who are stupid inconsiderate of others living around them, then this is the place for you.
