alrite.. let me start off with some of the things they did ok..

Looks like a nice place with a gym. Tat is all Medici is about.... but there are tons of problems.

First, if you want a quiet area to live, this is not the place. You can hear music and noises till 2am. ( I am a college student and I cant stand how loud it is sometimes)

second, safety problem. This is actually one of my biggest concern. IT IS TOO EASY TO GET IN MEDICI. There is no kind of security they offer like other places such as metropolitian... I know one case that someone got robbed on the B side..it is real which happened like 5-6 month ago'' dont remember.. not a safe place at all.

3rd, leak problem at parking lot. they have this pipe that leaks water like randomly and it comes down and gets my bloody car dirty. asked them to do something about it and they wont and cant.

4. guest parking is a joke. They are towing cars from illegal parking because people illegal park in the parkinglot. WHY'' because there is no god damn guest parking. The design and the idea is such a joke and Palmer is just trying to make money, good job building Medici, Orsini and Piero, you are getting pretty loaded. The design has no place for guest parking but only like a total of 6' and 3-4 for like future residents but all of them are usually occupied.

5. Here it comes. The management that everyone hates. for the past 2 years, I have seen more than 5 teams of management. HOw funny is that. and only 1 team of them are actually pretty nice and helpful. But i think they have moved to Piero... and the rest are just horrible. I dont need to do any name calling but you guys will know what I would want to say about them. They doesnt help at all, wont do anything for you basically, lost packages, etc etc. way too much. If you can stand all that living here, I think you are a great person that can over come everything.

just a kindly suggestion that this might be the worst experience living at a place ever in my whole live. Worst then school dorms, worst then my boarding school that in middle of no where surrounding by forests and lake...
