You would think for a luxury apartment that costs about an arm and a leg, you would atleast be able to get some decent service. Management was absolutely the worst. One time, during memorial day weekend, they decided to switch everybody's parking around for no apparent reason. They sent out notices when they knew everybody was gone for a vacation. Everybody comes back from their vacation only to find that someone else is in their parking space. There were about twenty people in the lobby, pist off, and ready to tow. This is just one story depicting their absolute stupidity. They never return your calls, throw you an attitude when you ask them for something as if their better than you ( HELLO! You're working for me you ----in idiots!!!). their rude to any guests that you have over, and the list goes on. I mean, these people are complete morons!! They're only nice to you at first to make you sign the lease. They wow you with the beatifully designed building and facility. Then you move in there and find that the fountain breaks atleast once a month, the computer center doesn't even have paper in the printer (and the management won't even give you one piece of paper if you ask for it because, and I quote, " If I give it to you, then I have to give it to the 600 some odd other people in this building"), the small space of guest parking that they offer is reserved in the day time for new clients and they won't let you park there late at night either just in cas you don't move your car by morning when the "IMPORTANT" people are coming. The elevator, which is super slow, breaks down about once or twice a month. The floors go from 8-10 floors high(depending on which side of the building you're living in), and when the elevator breaks and you need to go up eight flights of stairs once or twice a month, as I did, you start getting pretty pist off. They have a park that's right under a freeway and there's homeless peoplewalking around while you're jogging on the tracks. On top of that, the gate surrounding the park is really low and it's really scary when you're jogging at night or enjoying a good game of tennis. In addition, the apartment is right next to the freeway so there are (fairly agressive)homeless people covering all the corners surrounding the apartment and constantly pester you every time you go in and out of your home. As if all this isn't enough, there are huge mutant rats running around the apartment. It's not IN your apartment, but they're running around all over the building. I had a friend that also lived ther and found a dead rat in his balcony. I've also heard stories of them drowned in the pool and running around in the park. I've actually also heard a case where a lady was on the bridge connecting the two buildings and was confronted with an albino rate the size of a small cat. This place is absolutely the worst. For people looking to move into this place, please be cautious. It's not what's it's cracked up to be. If you do decide to move in there anyways, I'm pretty sure in a few months you will be on this site writing a review that is repeating pretty much what I just wrote and what everybody else has been saying. I can pretty much also guarantee that you will be kicking yourself for signing that lease, counting the months until it is over, and wishing you had listned to all the negative reviews written on this site.
