Good place as long as you dont need to deal with Mgmt

LIved there for a cpl of years in building A.

The amenities are amazing, as are the grounds and pools and gyms et all.

Got my car broken into once, management wasent helpful at all.

Atlease they put locks on the garage doors.

Its a good place to live as long as you dont have to deal with management, which i guess like most other buildings, is a pain in the f-ing a__! Its pricey to live here, but compared to similar places in downtown (The Met, Pegasus, Bunker Hill to an extent) not that bad.

Building A is practically new (3 yrs old) so all the appliances are in great condition.

Also, no place to buy groceries in a 2 mile radius..

gotta go to K Town or USC area..

big hassel!
