The only time management calls is when you are a prospective tenant. The old, dumb blond from management, emphasis on old kept calling me like she was a newly converted Jehovas Witness. I thought I might need a restraining order. As soon as they got me, it ended. All of a sudden, it's a ghost-town. Can't even have a show down because everyone's left town and probably only come back once a month to collect our rent! Plenty of places to rent besides this festering hole!
