STAY AWAY!!! I MEAN IT!

Management/staff is so inhumanly insensitive and unresponsive to your needs that it is obscene. When the elevator failed and I was trapped inside, I called management from my cell phone and asked them to call the Fire Department because it will take the elevator technician at least an hour to get to the site. I asked the staff to call the Fire Department because in the past I got busy signals when I dialed 911 from my cell and the phone in management would automatically give the location of the apartment.
OUTRAGEOUSLY, the staff responded to my plea for help: I need the manager's permission to call the fire department. HAVE YOU EVER HEARD ANYTHING LIKE THIS'! I argued with the staff but it was IN VAIN! Luckily, I had my cell phone and I called the Fire Department myself! GIVEN MANAGEMENT/STAFF LACK OF CONCERN FOR MY WELFARE, I'm afraid to phantom what would have happened had I been trapped in the elevator when there was an actual fire. Sounds like they are more concern about the potential damage caused by the Firefighter trying to free me from entrapment than my welfare. You won't understand how horrible it is to be trapped in an elevator until you are actually trapped in there. AND THE STAFF'S NONCHALANT RESPONSE IS INHUMAN!!!

Moreover, most of the residents here are teenagers, so prepare to put up with A LOT OF NOISE from parties, stereo, and television. IT IS LIKE LIVING IN A FRAT HOUSE!!! They have no respect for their neighbors. Sometimes you wondered where they came from and who brought them up. So it is no surprise that most of the tenants here are teenagers--not professionals. And this is something to consider if you are a serious student.

Also, the walls are so thin, that you can hear the alarm clock of the person living above you and the telephone conversation or coughing next door. I'M NOT EXAGERATING!

I'm taking the time to share my experience with you so that you don't have to make my mistake. It's up to you whether you want to take my advice and stay away. If you think I'm exagerating, feel free to prove me wrong. By the way, how long will your lease be and much will you be paying for all this'
