Overall Bad Experience

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006

I just moved out from Medici after living there for 2 years.

Bad:
-Paper thin walls
-Incompetent/insensitive staff
-Visitor parking is a nightmare (they also have a problem towing ppl's cars - 2 friends have gotten their cars towed)
-Homeless lurking downstairs
-Robberies & Theft (and management doesn't do ANYTHING about it)
--------- security guards who don't even provide security
-Lack of retail stores nearby (I mean "good" retail stores) ..

but I hear they're opening a downtown Ralph's in a couple years
-The fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night frequently!

Good:
-Good location to USC (for students)
-Relatively clean premises
-Close to Gold's Gym
