Don't be tricked when you view the place for the first time with their promise of resort style living.
When my husband and I toured the aparment, we commented the carpets were dirty.
Management said the carpets would be replaced by the time we moved in which they didn't do.
I placed a complaint because my baby girls knees were flilthy after crawling around the first day.
They said they would clean them.
When the cleaning crew finaly came she barely vacuumed.
I had to clean the carpets myself.
I left that apartment cleaner than I got it.
When we checked out, the staff that checked us out even said so and I signed the written documentation to prove it.
Yet weeks later, I received a letter saying they were withholding our deposit because the carpets were dirty.
I'm still arguing with them to get my money back.
