This place has beautiful grounds, nice pools and fairly nice apartments, but it isn't worth it. The management does not care about their tenants, bottom line. Things rarely get fixed, and if you go to the leasing office to ask again when something will get done, they say "oh, we'll put in another work order". I got that four times and still never got anything fixed. All the mail got stolen out of the outgoing mailbox over two weeks ago and the management still has not alerted tenants. People are putting their mail in an unlocked container, at risk to be stolen again. The management has done nothing to find out how someone got into the building to steal mail, and the fact that none of the tenants know that their mail was stolen is appaling. With the exception of a friendly leasing manager, everyone working in the leasing office is incredibly rude and will not address any of your concerns. Don't move here, I'm leaving as soon as my lease expires.
