It happens all the time.
Managers are incredibly super rude!!!!!
(you can not imagine)
Also they yell to the residence and lie about where the package has gone.

Also next to the A building there is freeway
(right next to the building, very close)
noise of freeway is serious problem.
so I can not open any window at all during
summer time.

Medici is the worst apartment I've never seen
