DO NOT live at the Medici!!!

Horrible service from the leasing office, no help from the courtesy patrol and full of college kids who party all night! I have had several things break down in my apt, and the leasing office screws up the work orders all the time.

Since the new management came in a few months ago, it's gone from bad to worse! They won't pay attention to you when you need something, but if they see something they don't like, you'll have a notice on your door in minutes! Safety wise, anyone can stroll in off the street and walk into the building.

No security personnel around, especially at the "A" building.

Trash chutes get blocked up and trash stays in the hallways for days.

If a bulk burn out in the hallway, it will take at least 2 months before they replace it.

And the elevator breaks down every other day, so be prepared to walk all the way around looking for one that works! If you're reading these reviews to decide if you should move to the Medici, DO NOT do it! You're spending thousands of your hard earned money for nothing.

It's not worth the crap you have to put up with here.

I can't wait till my lease is up so I can get out of here!
