STAY AWAY. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!

I have lived here for almost a year and cannot wait for my lease to expire. I work downtown, unlike many of the FIDM and USC students who live here. If I was a student, I might be more content here, but to be honest, I lived in lower-priced and much nicer housing while I was at my college.

The service is absolutely terrible. Everyone is rude and no one ever fixes anything wrong in the units. Everyone I have met who lives here complains of the same problems and worse problems in their units complain of broken pipes, lack of air conditioning, noise and a never-ending list of problems. While I have had specific problems with my unit, including my air conditioning, water heater and appliances, the service is just terrible. It takes weeks after multiple complaints before anything is fixed, if at all.

In the common areas, the elevators rarely work and if they do, they are slow and likely to break down while you are in them. The tanning beds have never worked during my entire time here and the entire place often smells bad, is dirty, and is extremely noisy.

Also, the walls are paper thin. Paintings fall from them if you hang them and you hear EVERYTHING YOUR NEIGHBORS SAY OR DO!

This is the worst place to live in downtown LA.
