I am so pleased with the positive changes I have seen with the staff, the property, and my neighbors! I would hear my neighbors complain in the elevator and at the pool but now they are happy and so am I.
I have lived here for over 1 year and for a while things started to go downhill. The property was always beautiful but the overall feel in the building was bad. The new staff is very upbeat and positive and the property looks better than ever. Even the doorman always has a smile on his face.
I would definately recommend Medici if you are looking for an apartment

This person has obviously been paid to post this by the management. This place is a dump and the four new management companies in the last year only attests to this. STAY AWAY if you want a nice place to live. If you want a dump with a bunch of noisy FIDM kids spray painting the walls, smoking all day in the halls, and where nothing works...ASK IF THE TANNING BEDS WORK OR WHEN THEY LAST WORKED, OR THE STEAM ROOM OR THE SAUNA. NONE HAVE WORKED FOR A YEAR NOW, and that's only when I moved in, so I can't be sure for certain how long they have been broken. I could go on and on, but just stay away. Oh, and the walls are super thin, management is still run by this ugly mean overweight blond lady, and the place is WAY OVERPRICED for what you get.

I'm sorry that you are so angry and unhappy. I'm happy to set an appointment with you to resolve your concerns however, I think you'll be pleasently SUPRISED to see that I'm THE MANAGR, I'm NOT BLOND, NOR Angry, Nor overweight, well maybe I could lose a few pounds, but hey, can't we all! after 4 kids I'm not so bad!! And as far as price! and value!!! You should be so lucky! So I personally invite you to come see me in my office and let me help you become just as happy as we are her at The Medici.
