Worst place to live in downtown LA

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
 
The management is horrible and security is a complete joke. There were squaters living below us and we called and complained to the management for 2 weeks before they finally got them 2 leave. They try and keep your deposit even if your apartment is spotless when you leave. The hallways reak of pot and If you need something fixed in your apartment you are better off doing it yourself. Worst experience ever.......
