Medici management is terrible. Once they have you as a tenant, they basically ignore you. They hire new people all the time and never train them. They ALWAYS have to get back to you since the new employees don't know most of the policies. If you call and need assistance, they tell you that someone will get back to you AND THEY NEVER DO. You can call 10 times and they will never get back to you. ALWAYS get receipts for rent checks since they usually claim the rent has been delivered late. Responsiveness to maintenance is also a problem. Expect maintenance requests to be handled a month and a half after you submit them, even for fairly urgent requests. Noise is ALWAYS an issue! College students come back from partying on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights, sometimes even Wednesday nights and yell and are rowdy in the middle of the night(11pm to 2 am). Security fails to do ANYTHING because as soon as security leaves, they are rowdy again. I guess there are no consequences for rowdy behavior in the middle of the night. I have moved out thankfully and I am not looking back!
