I just want to say that I have lived here for 3 years and all the problems that everyone is talking about were going on when the last management company was here to. I don't really have any issues with my apartment or the parking but a few of my neighbors I have spoke to have noticed a positive change with the new management. This is a great place to live because of all they offer and the location. I only have seen the office staff when I go to pay my rent and they all seem very nice. I think more people who are happy with the changes going on here need to speak up instead of just the people that have issues.

I do have friends that come over and there has not really been an issue with them getting to park. LOL Not everyone in this world is going to be happy all the time. Why don't you relax a little

The new management is a joke. All the new manager has done is fire everybody.

Correction...the new manager has not fired everyone...they all quit because they cant stand working with her. I should know, I'm still cool with two of their leasing people that just said F* it and quit. You're right, the place is still a train wreck. I just moved in not too long ago and the main manager is a real BIOOTCH and the rest of the staff they have aren't much better. But I hear if you get in good with the manager, she'll cut you some breaks, the problem is you have to actually pretend to like her.

Seriously, the management is the biggest joke. and whoever says guest parking is not a problem must have no friends. have you actually counted how many spaces are available? it's a joke! and security does nothing. oh and did i mention that the manager is the biggest -----??? no wonder everyone quits. one of the security guard actually told me that they lost her paycheck and didn't pay her for 3weeks. she was so upset because she couldn't even take her daughter to chucky cheese for her birthday. what kind of management does that??? 3weeks, no pay! no wonder everyone quits!
