This place at first looks nice, after moving in you are taunted by the rude that staff that seems like you are asking to much from them when all you asking for is your mail. The countless times that mail has been lost, they say that they will put a notice on your door when a package arrives for you, the package is tracked and signed by one of the staff members then it is mysteriously lost, like one of them the staff took it or something. Then, when you think things are going to be good, you are greeted by the homeless people that are in front of the building screaming at the oncoming traffic for money, and this goes on all day and most of the night, do you think the management does anything about it, sure they do, they removed a piece of grass from the island in the middle of the street that divides the two buildings so that these homeless people have somewhere to stand and beg, isn't that nice'...After that, when you get home you are greeted with roaches in your apartment that you are paying way to much for. When it comes to parking, forget about it, they take away your space and move you around and around as if you dont exist. When asking for help from someone, they are so rude, i mean RUDE, its almost to much for them to take care of the existing tenants, they are only interested in trying to scam someone else to move in. The elevators are always broken down, beware, you might even get stuck in one for more then two hours before they do something about it, then when they open the doors they act like you broke that dang thing!....the trash is always over flowing, and it stinks so bad that the smell goes into the halls...this place is not what it seems, save yourself the trouble and find something else, ......oh and the walls, like paper, it is really bad unless you like to hear your neighbors having sex!, the plumbing is so bad that water has leaked from 2 floors up into my apartment so many times now that they dont want to do anything about it, the mold is commonly know around here, the light fixtures are falling out of the ceiling due to the water damage that they will not fix!
