All you crap talkers are spoiled little brats. No apt in LA is without problems. I have been here for two years and love it. It keeps getting better and Better. Thank goodness for Amy Fylling.

i understand that problem with parking, noise and perhaps a little vandalism here and there is a problem that all apartments face in downtown. But just because the apartment is in downtown does not mean the management can be rude, unresponsive and unhelpful. and it appears like that is what people are complaining about.

I lived at the Medici for 3yrs. From 2005-jan2008. In the begining Management was great! There was alot of young professionals. By the time I left..Management was rude..any problems that arose where at fault of the resident or not important to the staff and no one knew what was going on and my questions and concerns were always being passed along to someone else who never addressed my question. There was periods of time when aparments on my floor were broken into and cars where broken into. When I return to visit friends, I'm GLAD I left the place because the place always looks dirty, loud music all the time. The place has turned into a dorm and management hasn't put enough effort in to tighten the ropes on their rules.

With all the exaggerations aside, This apt complex is falling apart whether it's the management or the building itself. They just upgraded the gym and you're supposed to be happy about that? It NEEDED to be upgraded because of the peace of crap equipment. Management is by far the worst one of all the nice apts in downtown LA. Let's leave it at that.
