If only contacting the management was that simple. The individuals working at the Resident Services Office are extremely rude and disorganized. It is a common theme among the staff at the Medici to treat the residents terribly. There is no one to complain to and no competent individuals to take complaints. You can rate yourselves as highly as you like, but eventually the consistent underperformance of the management and staff will lead to empty apartments and loss of revenue. If you care so much about the residents, hire staff members who are not rude, disorganized or unavailable.

Yes, I contacted management and what did I get? Your management stuff talked to me like I was a child, patronized me, and completely ignored my complaint. That night not only I have to deal with the grievance of loosing a friend to cancer, having my car towed and then being insulted by your stuff... yes The Medici is just a wonderful place to live!

I have come to resident services office several times with issues, mainly regarding my parking space... but every time I come for help, I get ignored or the the staff ends up making the problem worse. I came down 7 times for the same problem and got ignored every time. I have given up and I am leaving as soon as my lease is up... this place is TERRIBLE! Also, good luck trying to get anyone to stay in my apartment because my neighbor yells at anyone who walks by or is sitting on their balcony (time of day doesn't matter). I have heard him threaten people and I've made written complaints.. I read my lease and it says that threatening other residents is instant grounds for eviction.... but apparently not. The lease also says that the fee for after hours lock out is $25 but you are trying to charge people $125. If the management isn't going to hold up their end of the lease, why should I??? This place is a joke... worst apartment I have ever lived in by far! I could write a book about it.

this response from the management shows clearly that they genuinely DO NOT understand their PROBLEM, thus i call them "retarded".

It has come to your attention that there are concerns regarding the building and staff? Really? What was your first clue? Maybe the lines of frustrated residents waiting in vain to be heard? If you would like for the residents to talk to YOU about our concerns, then you have to demonstrate that you care an iota about said problems. Jamie and the entire Resident Services group don't have the slightest clue what customer service is.
