Just say NO!

I am a current tenant here at the Medici, I really have nothing good to say about the complex or the management.

Parking is a disaster I have been moved three times in four years here twice with no warning, just came home and another car was in my spot.

My Car has been broken into as well as dozens of others (I found out from the police).

The management could have posted a note, gotten more security, or...whatever.

Latest my two bikes were stolen Christmas eve out of the locked cage in the parking area.

Had a leak in my ceiling that was coming from a apartment above, It took four days for a response.

Meanwhile gross water flooded my place ruining the kitchen and dinning ceiling and carpet -which had to be replaced.

Total of two weeks of noise, moving stuff, and a army of workers starting 7-8 every morning.

My last two calls to the property manager concerning cold, dirty pool, and broken sauna(for the last tree years) went unanswered.

Now they have started to charge for garbage- including a $10 sign-up fee for the contractor to empty dumpsters...

meanwhile the garbage room that I have to use is foul nasty black floor oozing grime onto the hallway carpet, and is crammed with old stinky appliances.

Well I could go on and on wit the bad, but I do have to mention the maintenance staff is friendly and considerate...

there I did have one good thing to say.

If your looking into this place take a detour!

I can see that the management is trying but with that main manager still working here, it probably wouldn't get any better. Maintenance crew are nice but it's just that they're understaffed when it comes to maintenance. Expensive rent and you get below average service. Don't expect anything decent from Medici just because you're paying a lot. Parking is the WORST out of any other apartments around here. This place is a dump and I can't wait to move out in 6 months.
