You do the tour with the leasing agent (who tries to be so nice to u), you get amazed with the architecture; the pool, the park, the gym, even the apartment itself. You agree to sign a lease, and the headache begins! I've lived there for 10 months. First off most of the residents there are college kids, so the place is pretty noisy. The resident service center is far from where you live, It's not in the same building, you have to walk down the street for about 1/4 mi to get there. People at the resident service center are not that nice nor that helpful. Go ask for their help with something, They would tell you that they would call you back, "IN YOUR DREAMS". They never do. They are BAD with your packages. packages get lost there sometimes. They won't leave u a notice to let you know that you have a package, and you have to walk there every other day to see if your package is there yet. Sometimes they just won't look enough and would tell u it's not there when it is! one time i found my package thrown on the floor ( was left there for over two weeks) because they couldn't find it on the shelf. Maintenace is not that good. They take forever to come fix broken things. Security is bad. Anyone can sneak into the building anytime they want to. We had some teenagers swim in the pool and they were not even residents. The location of the buidling is not that cool. When u sign a lease you put a deposit of $500 and you're supposed to get it back when the lease if over and u're ready to leave ( if no profound damage is caused by you) but that is not true!!! before we left, my husband and I spent 7 hours cleaning the apartment, and it was in a very good condition when we left. They still charged us $300!!!! and when we asked why, they said, well it's the cleaning fee, we have to get it cleaned for the new residents! and Why do we have to pay for that' when we already cleaned it' Also there is a lounge that u can book when u wanna have a party, but you put $500 deposit and PAY $500 for cleaning after wards!!!! Now i'm renting a place at the Grand Promenade. Much better location, better price, better service. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

I lived there for a year and I went through the exact same story. Everyday at that place was a nightmare.
