Even though its pricey, I loved this place when I first moved in but soon found out that the Management (and Owners...') really only care about the short term bottom line and not what is best for the tenants.

One of the main reasons that I chose this place was for the easy/abundant guest parking but they have just given us notice that they will be handing over the guest parking lot to the new restaurant, thus a big "F You" to the tenants!

Agreed. We got royally screwed on that. And any extra parking is a HUGE deal in Downtown Los angeles
