This place is extremely "corporate"... Seems to be mostly short term leases by people who transfer to LA. No community feeling. Rent is also corporate - it's very overpriced. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7

It's L.A. Does anything here have a sense of community? Everywhere I have lived seems to have people in and out every couple months. And over priced? You came to this conclusion by months researching competitors prices and studying market trends? This is probably the most useless review I have read on here!You gave everything a one, how bout talking about WHY?
