I wish an earthquake would swallow the building so I could get out of my lease

You can smell the building trash in the hallways.
Residents too lazy to walk their dogs let them poop / pee EVERYWHERE.
There are two garage gates.
At least one is always broken.
Building maintenance will accidentally let themselves in while you're home.
Minimal guest parking has been converted to restaurant valet parking.
As a result, valet cars pulling in and out of the garage force you to wait in line just to get inside your garage.
The restaurant is failing miserably, so they leave fliers on your door twice a week.
Most of the front desk employees aren't interested in helping you whatsoever.
The architect designed the building, so the pool is never in direct sunlight.
The bbq grills look like they've been cleaned with oil and cigarette butts.
Security varies.
Sometimes they call you to let you know you have a guest.
Sometimes they just let whomever enter the building.
The walls are super thick concrete, yet somehow going against all rules of science, you can hear your neighbors.
The cost of rent isn't comparable to other nicer buildings in the area.
For your garage gate scanner to work, you have to almost have your bumper touching the gate
If you're in the interior section of the building, the courtyard echoes noise.
You can only get Time Warner.
Time warner blows.
There is a gym stereo.
it doesn't play music.
When the leasing office is giving tours to potential new residents, i want to scream, "don't do it!"
That isn't really a complaint.
just how i feel.
