The best choice I've made in the 13 years I've lived in LA!

I'm truly confused with all the negative reviews about Met Lofts. So far I've had one of the best experiences starting from the application process, to my move-in and finally living on the property.
I've lived in countless different properties in the past 13 years. Some you may already know such as Westside Villas (on Beverly Glen), Medici (Downtown), Park La Brea (near the Grove), The Victor (Hollywood) and Sunset and Vine (Hollywood) to name a few. Met Lofts has been absolutely accommodating to me starting from my application process to my pleasant stay currently here.
During the application process, the management and staff bent over backwards to find a solution for me since the economy had affected my business terribly and my credit was destroyed. They practically were in contact with me everyday and made special efforts to get me the exact unit I wanted even though I had a later move-in date than they had expected. Just last year, another property kept my $500 holding deposit because I wasn't able to make the move-in on time.
My move-in was also painless and again I was amazed with the attention I received on the property. Since I forgot my key at my old apartment during my move, I was able to get a spare key and security even brought the key out to the loading dock to me! I've never experienced such professionalism. The security even made sure my movers had adequate access to the freight elevators and made every effort in making my move-in simple and hassle free.
The unit I chose is facing the courtyard where the pool is. All I can say is that of all the properties in concern with noise, Met Lofts has absolutely been the quietest property. I've been sleeping with my window open every night since I've lived here and all I hear are birds in the morning and the water from the water fall feature at night. I don't hear all the BS people are saying in other reviews. I should know after living at the Medici (basically a USC dormitory and the noise from the traffic is unbearable), The Victor (trash trucks at 4:30 a.m. and ghetto birds doing fly-bys every hour starting at midnight), and Sunset and Vine (like living on the set of the Real World), the Met Lofts is nothing but a professional environment with a mature tenant ratio. All my neighbors so far I've seen have been working professionals taking advantage of the live/work loft situation.
Amenities again are amazing for the price you pay. Heated pool, screening room, pool table, gym, and best of all I'm one block from LA live! Ralph's is 2 blocks away, the garage is on the property (I looked at other lofts in the downtown area and parking was sometimes across the street in another building), there's a Starbucks and Coffee Bean around the corner. Seriously, I could go on and on!
If you are looking for an incredible deal with the management, staff and security to match then consider Met Lofts your next move. I highly recommend this property and hope you will have the same experience as I had.

This sounds like a pitch from the building management. You wrapped up your whole review with a closing paragraph of "CALL NOW FOR AN AMAZING DEAL!". Really? Is this a real review? BS.
