If you like to pay a LARGE sum of money each month in order to have dog poop in the hallways, overfull trash rooms, non-functioning gym equipment and gates to the garage, then this is your place. What worried me the most was the lack of security. The management company is close to bankruptcy. One wonders if that's why the maintenance is so poor. Maybe that's why the few guest parking spots were rented out to a restaurant and its valet parking company. If they do go belly up, I hope it's after the end of my lease so I get my security deposit back. Don't get fooled by the nice-looking lobby like I did!
