Metro 417 Apartments

Great place! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/23/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   First, I am a real tenant and note just trying to promote the building. I have been a tenant in this buiding for 6 months. It is a class act. Management is very professional, the buiding is well run, parking is perfect, a rare thing in downtown. The building itself is beautiful, the units are well insolated and nice as well. This property has real 'character', very 1930s new yorkish and very stylish. My only complaint: It is very expensive, as I am paying almost $1600 for a 461sq ft 1bd (more like a cell). I am moving to a bigger unit, thank god (for more money, ofcourse). Also, for this kind of money, the kitchens and bathrooms, as nice as they are, could be a bit more 'upscale', but they are still very nice. Thee area is very overall, since it is right off bunker hill, and the security in the building is top notch. All is all, the best renting experience I have ever had!
