The metro 417 is beautiful. But the street noise is a problem even from the 10th floor. You have to pay $100 per month to park for each spot. Not enough guest parking, so your guest have to pay money to visit you. The front desk people are clueless except for 1 or 2 of them. I can't wait to move out.

I lived at Pegasus and it's $350 for onesite parking but only $150 if you want to park at the Macy's plaza parking lot 2 blocks away. So sounds to me like you just can't afford the $100 dollars period....Move to Burbank or the Valley and commute 2 hours to work if you want free parking or fall alseep to the sound of Crickets. This is the City....

$100 a month. You can't pay that price any where in downtown. The front desk has been as accomodating as a four star hotel. They put up with alot and get nothing in return. I love living here. It feels like a fortress.

The $100 a month is included in the rent. When they quote you a price on a rental unit, they give you a price that includes a parking spot. Only when you sign a lease do they specify parking as being $100 a month, however, the rent is the same as quoted. The parking here is great, it's a private, secured, self-park lot with an assigned space. You can't ask for much more. And the resident parking situation here is almost unparalelled anywhere downtown (I looked at so many buildings down here before signing a lease here). Yes, Grand Central Square down the street has free parking for tenants too but it's in a public lot and spaces are not assigned. The parking here is safer and more convenient. Now, you are right on the guest parking, it is a bit of a hassle. But it's worth it.
The front desk guys keep the building safe. That's their job and they do it well. And that's what is important. And as for noise, it's actually less noisy than I expected. The only street noise I get is from the concerts in Pershing Square...it's faint and I kinda enjoy it.

We're lucky we have guest parking at all. Most buildings downtown don't even have resident parking on site. Most buildings, if there's guest parking at all, make them pay for it. So yeah, guest parking is limited here, but we're extremely lucky it exists at all. I challenge you to find someplace downtown with better.
And, duh, downtown is noisy. You can't blame the building for that.
