Metro 417 Apartments

So clean and nice! From: danbaker Date posted: 4/4/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007 2 photos   I've been living in Metro 417 for a little over a month now and love it. The building is kept spotless by the excellent maintenance team. The amenities include a gym which is really, really clean and has great equipment. The building is very dog friendly and there is Angels Knoll Park directly across the street which is a great place to take them. It is not officially a "dog park" but they are very dog friendly and even allow people with their pets to enter the park at night after it is closed to everyone else. There are a few rude pet owners that don't pick up after their dogs so watch where you step. I've heard rumors that they will be spending a million dollars on renovations to the park which will include free wifi and a separate dog run. Can't wait! The other residents are very nice overall and always offer a smile and "hello" when passing in the hallway. The walls are quite thick so I have never heard anything from my neighbors. The windows aren't soundproof so you can hear some traffic noise but generally just when buses drive by. I lived on Sunset Blvd in WeHo before moving here so it is peaceful in comparison.
