I searched out many places when I finally decided to move downtown and I think Metro 417 is in a league of their own. The building is beautiful. the concierge guy and the security men/women are all so friendly and most know you by name. My guests rarely have an issue with parking. There are about 20 guest slots and if those fill up there is a lot across the street and plenty of meters for the weekends. Of course the units are a little pricey but that's downtown for ya! the hallways are nice and bright and there are trash chutes on every level. Maintenance has been extremely helpful solving any issues the same day or the following morning at the latest. The rooftop is quaint but veryyyy nice. There's a jacuzzi that overlooks what seems like the whole city along with plenty of space to lounge. Both the rooftop and lobby have free WiFi access. The 2nd floor has a great gym, billiard room, and screening room, along with a 2nd TV area and kitchen. In addition to this being just an overall great facility the Metro staff goes above and beyond making you feel "at home." They provide a monthly newsletter to all tenants, coupons for all of the new local eateries/lounges/etc, and also have hosted mixers (parties) in the lobby for Halloween, Christmas, and also in honor of Metro's (the building's dog :-P) birthday...
overall I do not have one complaint about this building and i assure if you rent here you'll probably love it just as much as I do.
Pros: just about everything, Metro Red Line, Grand Central Market, and Pershing Square all just across the street
Cons: no balconies/decks
