Inept managment

The building looks great from the outside, but once you move in problems start to crop up. The plumbing is obviously not updated with the renovation in the 90s. The bathroom sometimes has problems and the caulking in the kitchen is terrible. When paying over 2 grand for an apartment one would expect a little bit more from the management. Don't expect friends to find guest parking as the spaces are scarce.
