From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/28/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   My experience at the Met. has been average. but their maintenance could improve. first then, our AC doesn't work below 60 degrees. and, we put in a notice about fixing it and it hasn't been fixted for a couple of weeks. During the summer next door is another housing complex and their children are so loud. they would wake anybody up if they sleep in late.
