Not a bad place. First place I have lived in LA and I think the location is perfect for me. Plus, a lot of places promised events and functions for the residents and you never hear about it after you move in. The Metropolitan just had a pool party with a dj this past weekend. By the way, great pool area! The parking can be difficult but I think that should be expected when you are looking anywhere downtown.
