Overall, this apartment's location is the best thing with the bus stops near by and food a couple of blocks up the street but other than that, it can be like a huge dormitory with college students being the majority of people you see in the elevators. We moved in with 2 cars with the plan to purchase a third car and was told by leasing it not be a problem to find a third space since we leased a 2bed-2bath apt. Then after the car was purchased, told NO WAY that a third space is possible because every space has an assignment. I don't understand that since some of the students we met did not own cars. When we moved in, the air conditioning did not work and it took 1 week to fix it, trying to fix it with a blow torch and suck and then literally taking it completely apart and installing a new one. I can't believe no one caught it till we moved in. The master bathroom had water leaking from the ceiling and it turned out to be a leak from the upstairs bathtub. Maintenance turn around time is okay but literally have to call everyday to get things moving any faster. Elevators are slow and don't all work. Parking gates (which is what you pay for to be safe) didn't work half the year and left open. Plenty of after hours and weekend visitor space available but beware if your visitor car is still there when the business hours starts because it will be towed. Can be busy on the streets with major traffic during Staple Center events.

An addendum: told when toured the place the appliances would get changed and the work out room would be updated. No new appliances and the workout room continued to deteriorate with broken equipment. Also, the big TV in the community room would be broken and get no cable at times.
