Well maintained building with good security

I have lived in this Building for about 7 months and I feel it is a good find. The facilities are well maintained and very secure. Parking could be better (strict limits), but there are several parking alternatives in the area. This is the place to be given the construction by the Staples Center which will turn into a Grove-like mall. From the Met, it will take less than 5 minutes to walk to entertainment, food, and shopping!
This building is used for FIDM student housing, so it can be a little dorm-like at times; however, the security is good and the walls are thick so noise issues are almost non-existent.
