This place is overpriced for what it has to offer. The management is made up of lazy, incompetent liars who will do anything to get all of your money.

In my experience, they have done things such as: stacking on extra fees, bumping up the price for laundry by creating "laundry cards," and when we moved out, they paid our last electricity bill late so we have to pay the late fee. They also charged us an extra week of rent even when they said it would be complimentary, and added on an extra fee that wasn't supposed to take into effect until after we moved.

They also charged us a few hundred dollars more rent (living on one of the bottom floors) than someone we knew who lived on the top floor. And we had leftover broken down appliances from the 80's when everyone else had everything new.

On top of that, they are always losing packages, randomly shutting down the elevators so no one can get up or down, and giving people the wrong parking spaces.

The parking garage is a maze, and its a hassle to get out of.

They have screwed me since day one and I'm glad to be away from there.

DONT MOVE TO THE MET. IT'S NOT WORTH IT.

This is an accurate description. See funny how you can tell the real residents from the sales and marketing crap that employees are posting who pretend to live here.

I agree..this place is a nightmare with the drunk FIDM students making noises in the middle of the night in the middle of the week. there's probably only one good person in the leasing office and it's not the director.
