I rented an apartment here for work instead of living in a hotel. The furniture they provided was dirty. The mattress smelled so badly of old cigarette smoke I was sleeping on the floor until they switched it for another dirty old mattress. My neighbors smoke pot constantly, talk on the phone loudly on our shared porch, and seem to be dealing drugs.

When I told the management about my neighbors I got this answer: "Yeah, we get a lot of complaints about that."

Also, there is construction noise six days a week across Flower street from 5:30 am to late at night, sometimes past 11:00. I'm not exaggerating. It's a nightmare.

I've tried to get out of my lease, but I can't. I've opted to lease another apartment because I need sleep so badly and can't stand that everything I own smells like pot from the smoke invading my apartment. I'll be paying double rent just to get out of this awful situation. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
