Nice place but scary and random rent increases

Lived here for 2 years. Raised about $100- 150 per year. Alright management, not great, used to be worse. Gave back almost nothing from Deposit, charged for carpet cleaning and bathroom cleaning (normal wear and tear) although i knew the new tenant was paying for a new toilet out of pocket.
